Minot YMCA Will Not Enter Partnership with Park District on MARC Project

In preparing the proposal for the MARC, the Park District reached out to the YMCA with an offer of a four-year revenue sharing agreement that would have provided member access to both facilities. The YMCA has chosen not to participate in that agreement.
