No More Daylight Savings Time in North Dakota?

House Bill 1259 puts an changing clocks twice a year; it ends the practice we all love in November and hate in March — daylight savings time. It passed by a 55-37 margin and now heads to the Senate. Bill details can be found below.

A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 1-08 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to requiring the state to observe standard time year round; and to repeal section 40-01-20 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to daylight saving time.
