Senate Passes Pipeline Oversight Bill

Senate Bill 2374 would require operators of gathering pipelines installed after April 1, 2016, to file engineering design drawings and a certificate of an independent inspection, with the state Industrial Commission setting the standards. It passed unanimously in the Senate; the House is considering similar legislation.
