Trinity Health is strengthening its leadership bench with two key appointments. Fred Strand, who joined the organization last year, has been promoted to director of Talent & Culture, bringing two decades of experience from AT&T to guide recruitment and employee engagement. Joining him is Lora Soderholm, stepping in as director of Total Rewards after leading HR and operations at major firms like Cognizant and ING.
