For those drawn to the front lines of emergency care, Trinity Health is opening applications for its EMT training program. Running January through June, the six-month course equips students with medical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the practical training needed to respond when lives are on the line. Classes meet twice a week, and anyone 18 or older with a high school diploma is eligible to apply. Applications are due October 20, with the goal of preparing the next wave of first responders.
