Watch: North Dakota Waterfowl Brigade
For decades, the Waterfowl Brigade has been shaping young conservationists in Texas — and now North Dakota has its own chapter. This summer, the first battalion of the North Dakota Waterfowl Brigade brought teens together for a week of leadership training, ecology lessons, and hands-on outdoor skills. From duck calling to habitat management, the camp blended science with experience, building both confidence and commitment. Organizers say the real success comes later, when participants carry that passion for conservation back to their communities.
