West Fargo Plans $7.8 million Rec center

The 44,000 square foot facility will include basketball courts, volleyball courts, public gathering space, offices, and more for $7.8 million. Commentary: The per square foot price is exactly in-line with what’s been proposed by Park District in the MARC concept.
