Fargo Will Have Vote on Flood Diversion Financing

Fargo’s flood protection plan is estimated to cost $1.8 billion with financing coming from local, state, and federal dollars. A special assessment is also on the table as a means to back-up dollars committed from sales-tax revenue. In Minot, we should be watching closely.
