Ingredients & Directions
Patties
- 1 lb ground wild turkey
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. chopped basil
Lemon Garlic Aioli
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 tbsp. chopped basil
Toppings (optional)
- Buns
- Avocado
- Sprouts
- Tomato
- Red onion
Instructions
- Mix together turkey, egg, and seasonings.
- Form four patties.
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Prepare the aioli by combining the mayo, lemon juice, garlic, and basil.
- Grill patties for about 5 minutes on each side at medium heat.
- Assemble burgers with toppings of your choice.
