Ingredients & Directions

Patties

  • 1 lb ground wild turkey
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. chopped basil

Lemon Garlic Aioli

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp. chopped basil

Toppings (optional)

  • Buns
  • Avocado
  • Sprouts
  • Tomato
  • Red onion

Instructions

  1. Mix together turkey, egg, and seasonings.
  2. Form four patties.
  3. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  4. Prepare the aioli by combining the mayo, lemon juice, garlic, and basil.
  5. Grill patties for about 5 minutes on each side at medium heat.
  6. Assemble burgers with toppings of your choice.
