Why We Chose It
Economic development is always under debate… we’ve most recently passed through the “job creation” era, and were — possibly — heading into “placemaking” era. Perhaps most interesting of all, we seem to have forgotten what was once a well understood approach — community betterment. It was so well known, even politicians from our highest offices understood and supported it 🙂
