It is a general hope that natural gas will soon be piped to Minot. A survey for the extension of a pipeline from Williston has been started and Minot will no doubt be supplied with this natural product early in 1931 according to R. M. Haskett, vice-president of the Montana-Dakota Power Company. Mr. Haskett and a delegation of officials of the Minnesota-Northern Power Company with which the Montana-Dakota is affiliated were in Minot recently in the interests of the expansion program.
