These 4 Communities Are Leading the Way in Making Their Places Stronger

When it comes to places, the Bismarcks, and Minots of the world are more alike than they are different. We struggle in the same ways, we copy each others ideas, and the results we get leave little to get excited about. It’s a whole lot of meh. So, what does it take to make a place truly emerge from the pack of other places and separate it self as something different? Well, the folks at StrongTowns believe they have the recipe, and they’ve selected four cities they’re going to shepherd through the process.

The first four places participating in the 2023 Community Action Lab are Medicine Hat, Alberta, Lake County, Florida, Chisholm, Minnesota, and Norman Oklahoma. Get your introduction to the program in the article linked below from StrongTowns, and keep an eye out for their progress here on TheMinotVoice.com.
