Home Grown Potatoes Turning to Locally Distilled Vodka

A Thompson area farm family is turning their potato surplus into a value added product — vodka. I’ve written in the past how there is an opportunity waiting for us in North Dakota in the brewing and distilling industries. But we’ve got to do a some deregulating to help the little guys get started.
