At approximately 2:49 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 25, officers with the Minot Police Department made contact with two individuals, identified as Natasha Ann Davis, 29, and Travis Lee Legg, 48, both of Minot, at Radio City Park. Davis and Legg were accompanied by their three children, ages 3 years, 19 months, and 5 months. During the contact, officers learned that Davis had an active Ward County warrant for her arrest. While assisting Legg with arrangements for the children’s care, officers discovered the infant’s car seat was not functioning properly, leaving the child unrestrained.

While attempting to fix the seat, officers located a small bag containing white residue beneath a blanket under the infant. A subsequent search revealed a glass pipe with white residue and burn marks. Based on these findings, both Davis and Legg were taken into custody.

Davis was arrested for three counts of Child Neglect (Class C Felony) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Schedule I, II, III, or Controlled Substance) – 2nd Offense (Class C Felony). Legg was arrested for three counts of Child Neglect (Class C Felony). Both were transported to the Ward County Jail.
