Minot Police Request Public Assistance in Ongoing Homicide Investigation

The Minot Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance as part of the ongoing investigation into the homicide that occurred earlier this morning, Friday, November 7, 2025, in northeast Minot.

Investigators are asking any residents in the area of 3rd Street NE to Broadway, between 4th, 5th, and 6th Avenues NE, between the hours of 5:30 a.m. and 6:15 a.m., to review any Ring or other home security camera footage for possible activity in the area. Anyone who has captured video is asked to submit it through the public submission portal: minotpdnd.evidence.com.

“Our investigators are working diligently to piece together the events of this morning,” said Deputy Chief Dale Plessas. “We’re asking anyone who may have seen or heard something unusual to reach out. Even a small detail could prove critical in helping us bring clarity to this case.”
