Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library using $70M Bank of North Dakota line of credit
The dream of a presidential library in the Badlands is taking shape—but not without a little help from the state bank. The Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library Foundation has tapped $53 million of a $70 million line of credit from the Bank of North Dakota to bridge the gap between pledges and payments as construction moves forward. With the project about 70 percent complete, fundraising continues toward its $450 million goal, and the foundation vows to open its doors on July 4, 2026.
