Minot International Airport is 18-months away from having a new regional competitor. One of the limiting factors for Williston’s Airport is runway length, but that will change when the new airport opens, and so will the competition for major carriers. The work has been underway for weeks, but it became plainly obvious this morning. Minot’s old airport terminal is being demolished.
