NDSU lands $4 million grant for new AI research supercomputer
North Dakota State University is about to take a big step into the future of research with the help of a nearly $4 million grant. The funding will bring a new supercomputer, fittingly named Bison, to campus next summer. Housed in the Research 2 building, the system is designed to push the boundaries of artificial intelligence and data-driven science. Beyond NDSU, it will serve colleges and tribal institutions across the state, strengthening North Dakota’s role in cutting-edge research and innovation.
